Easy Healthy Snacks by KellLifts
When it comes to eating healthy, we all have cravings! I know, personally, I love snacking! So, to be more health conscious but still give you ideas for tasty treats, I’m going to give you 3 of my favorite healthy snacks!
Strawberries & Cream
Ingredients: Strawberries, Greek Vanilla Yogurt
Prepare: This one’s super easy! All you do is wash your strawberries, place them in a plate & drizzles some Greek vanilla yogurt over top of them! TADA! You have yourself a yummy dessert snack!
Ingredients: 2.5 cups Unsweetened organic coconut flakes, 2 Egg Whites, 1/4 cup Honey
Prep: Whisk ingredients together, then let the batter sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Prepare: Roll into balls & Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes and enjoy!
Chicken Salad Bites
Ingredients: 1 whole Cucumber, 2 cups Shredded chicken, 1/2 cup chopped Celery, 1/2 cup Slivered AlmondsHalf of a lemon 1/2 Cup “Just Mayo” Mayonnaise
Prep: Slice cucumber, Brown almonds in a skillet, Mix together celery, chicken, lemon juice, almonds & mayo!
Prepare: Add mixture to the top of each cucumber slice and there you have your healthy chicken bites!
